Returns

We happily accept returns on yarn, soap or other products purchased through our website that are in their original sale condition.  Yarn must be in the original skein with label.  Soap must be wrapped in original label. Kits must be in new condition.   All returns must be made within 30 days of your order's ship date.  All products may be returned for full refund or as an exchange for another product/color.  Gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.
